I was asking for incentives when I do sth more than others. Maybe when you work for others, you'll want that too.
But I understand, the boss won't give it to you unless you contribute sth solid to them. That's why people say: Your ass makes your mind. You need to do it first before you get what you deserve.
That's also sth I don't like. I want to do things proactively, I like to create extra valuation to the company, the world.
Y-Combinator preaches: make something people want. It sets me on fire. I really wanna do sth which is good for normal people, to make the world better.
My incentives from my jobs are rich, I know how to deal with strangers, to practise professionally, to file in a well organized way for better system later on, to learn new system in a short period, to balance my life without working endlessly with my dream and mission keeping in mind. Now, I'm just a tiny role in the grown up start-up company, but I like the story of their starting up. Maybe, it's because they used to confused, failed, not knowing where to go next and how to achieve their goal. It's a genial one down to the earth. I feel that I can have more sympathy on what happened to me: Every company has their own defects, just like people. Large companies can't be excluded, let alone the small ones.
Life is sth only belong to ourselves. It's all on your own decision that how you wanna treat it. So does the work. We can work for meals, better lives with more money, but also for dreams and further developments. When go for the extra steps, incentives come for us.
Weekends are not only left for our rest, but also to give us a break to think over our work, our lives, our dreams.
